ECLIPSE with Chef Baker

          Formerly called Orquideas Nights or The Chef's Table at Orquideas, the Private Dining experience with Chef Baker has moved to the Plaza behind Lazy Jacks and is now called, the Eclipse with Chef Baker.  His contact information is below, please call for reservations.

         Chef Shawn Baker (Chef BAKER) is formerly Executive Head Chef of Hudson Terrace in Manhattan where he cooked with such contemporaries as Alex Guarnaschelli and Kenneth Beard. Chef Baker has also cooked the International Emmy Award Dinner, Yankees Post World Series Party and for Tommy Hilfiger. With a selection of multi-ethnic cuisine, the menu provides our clients with innovative outdoor caribbean dining experience.
